Dear dr sean cummings i guess i have nothing else to loose. so ill tell u my story i was sexually assulted im female three n half weeks later i developed acute hiv symptoms here goes my list im not making it up i have no reason to. sore throat very sore canker sore bad body aches fatigued dry skin on face dont know if i had a fever. abdominal pain missed nineteen periods weightlost could only drink water and ensure. last year i had oral thrush. the guy tested negative so have i on every test we have in stupid ca. so i now know its got to be a undetectable strain ive done natt rna dna pcr and multispot. if im wrong please tell me what my cd4 counts would be at four years. or how long will it take to see a difference the last dr i consulted was unhelpful. And i wasted my money therepist were worst told me to donate blood and now i killed somone im not ok with this. in april 2014 it will be four years. i do have hsv. i have never done drugs the giy said hes a drug user an escort and sleeps with men and women i have had neg mono test neg hep test pleade help. oh and exposure was unprotected vaginial. nobody gets me. so please help

Yes i have is it possible to have a rare strain thats not detected by test? he told me id die of aids and there would be no help or test. my symptoms are quite quivical i read that hiv mutates alot. your opinion again please sorry i came off anoyed just dealing with this everyday sucks

It seems as though this assault happened four years ago and I think you've said that you've had negative HIV tests since. If that is the case then you are HIV negative. I accept that there seems to be something wrong but it does not seem to be HIV.
Speculating about CD4 counts is not helpful as it will vary enormously with different people.
