Did you read the other threads that I posted?
This does not suggest any STD.
That's all for this thread. I'll have no more comments. See a doctor or clinic if my reassurance continues to fall on deaf ears or you otherwise remain concerned.
I think also my stool is harder and I strain as a result of no water intake
It seems to happen when I stain..if it does happen with frequency as you state to get I checked..does that mean STD?
That you have hot-feeling or stinging urine when your urine is highly concentrated is quite normal; many if not most men feel the same thing from time to time. It does not suggest a past STD problem.
As for fluids from the penis during bowel movements, this is also quite common and it comes up from time to time on this forum. If it happens with increasing frequency, it's a good idea to get it checked out by a doctor -- but usually it is entirely normal, especially when it has been occurring since youth, as you have noticed. Below are 2 other threads on this topic. (In one of them I said this happens in "most men". That's not accurate; many men have it from time to time, but maybe not a majority.)

I have not noticed any burning other than my usual stinging from lack of water and tons of soda. This has made me think I had an STD in the past and after testing they found nothing..last time I went a few months back...what is an issue had been on and off semen or something like it when i pass a bowel..I have asked other guys if this happens and they all look at me alien..this had happened to me since i was a kid..it would stick to the toilet and was embaressing..today what scared me was that it was more than usual...i started to think maybe the ghonoreah pus is backed up and only shows when I push..or that this is the same thing as always just today it was more..I have not ejaculate since Saturday...what's this all about?
Syphilis is a rare disease in the US, with only 20,000 new infections per year in the US (less than half the frequency of new HIV infections). Although it is transmissible from oral lesions, the large majority of infected people don't have oral lesions and my guess is that less than 10% of new syphilis is acquired from oral sex, and probably a lot less than that. Oral herpes is at least 100 times if not a 1000 times more prevalent than infectious syphilis and 10 times more common than oral gonorrhea.
Likewise, the the likelihood any particular gay man has gonorrhea of the throat is low, and when infected the transmission risk is probably under once for every 100 exposures. Among men who have sex with men, around 10-20% of penile gonorrhea comes from oral sex. And gonorrhea without symptoms is rare -- lack of appropriate symptoms wihin a week is a very strong indicator that gonorrhea was not acquired. Likewise, new syphilis of the penis is usually hard to miss -- no chancre (penile sore) within 3 weeks is fairly strong evidence against it.
Can you briefly...for my own education tell me why syphilis..if it's skin to skin and no differnt than herpes...is uncommonly caught via oral being performed? And ghonoreah as well..i know the reasoning with HIV...
That was clear and I responded accordingly.
Just to be clear I got oral did not give-
Welcome. This forum is OK. It's primarily for HIV, but we cover other STDs when HIV is among the concerns. (Or maybe you meant to use one of the unmoderated community forums at no cost....)
In general oral sex is pretty safe. HIV exceedingly low risk, maybe zero; scan this forum to see many discussions about the low to zero risk of mouth to genital HIV transmission. There is a slight chance of gonorrhea and none of chlamydia (which is rarely carried in the throat so can't be transmitted from the mouth). Despite the STD hotline advice, there was a very low chance of syphilis. There is lots of syphilis among gay/bi men in Chicago (although it definitely does not have the nation's highest rate), but syphilis still is a very uncommon outcome of oral sex. Herpes due to HSV-1 is possible, but not in people who already have oral herpes; you are immune to a new infection with HSV-1.
The pubic area bump obviously has nothing to do with any of this. If you don't develop discharge of mucus or pus or a sore on the penis in the next 2-3 weeks you're probably home free. But to be maximally safe, have a urine test for gonorrhea (anytime after 2-3 days have gone by) and a blood test for syphilis after 6 weeks. And an HIV test if you want. You can expect negative results on all.
Good luck-- HHH, MD
