Are these symptoms are acute hiv symptoms or herpes type 1 s.please help
last month i received oral sex from a Brazilian escort girl and after a week i started noticing
left lower leg caf burning sensation.I also noticed 4 red bumps on my scrotum.I also noticed rose color rash on upper chest and one piple like red bump on my upper back.I started having sore throat and i have that till today.I also for past one week feeling burning sensation on my palms.When i see my palms i find red medium size dots on my palms.These dots appear when i have burning sensation on my palms and disappears on the same day.But on the next day they appear on other place in my palms.I also have stuffy nose for past one month. I also had 4 loose stools in total each one on appearing on one day one time in a week.I also had mild headaches once every 2 days for 15 mins for past one month.I find skin rashes appear and disappear and appear in some other location on my chest on upper back.I find my neck stiff.I don't feel hungry to eat.I find my stomach making noise for past one month.I also find bone and muscle ache.Sometimes i had got nausea feeling after eating.I also have groin and armpits swollen till date.My lips starting last week showed up cold sores.today i find red blood cut in my lower lip in its center.For one month i am checking my body temperature,it seems withing 97F and 98F.I always find mucus sticking in my troat for past one month.
Recently went to urgent care and tested for all std's using my blood and urine samples.They said iam herpes type1 positive.For hiv they advised to retest after 3 and 6 months.
Are these symptoms are acute hiv symptoms or herpes type 1 symptom.I am confused and worried.Please help!

* Sexually active women in industrialized, including escorts, rarely have HIV -- probably an average of 1 chance in 1,000.
* When a woman has HIV, the transmission risk by unprotected vaginal sex is about once for every 2,000 exposures.
* Oral sex is safe -- some experts believe HIV is never transmitted from an infected oral partner by oral sex.
* Condoms work; you cannot get HIV through sex with a condom that does not break.
* Symptoms never help determine whether or not someone has HIV, since even when symptoms are typical for HIV, usually other, more common things are the cause.
As for your specific situation, it is not possible to catch HIV or HSV-1 by condom-protected oral sex. Your HSV-1 pre-dates the sexual exposure; probably you have an oral infection since childhood. You describe no symptoms that even hint at HIV or herpes infection, neither of which causes the kind of rash you describe, loose stools, or mucus in the throat, and almost always causes fever, which you do not have. You did not need any HIV testing at all. It is impossible you caught HIV or HSV-1 from the eposure described.
