The exposures you describe are no risk. Neither STDs nor HIV are transmitted by kissing and condom protected receipt of oral sex is zero risk as well.
As far as your symptoms are concerned, when STDs occur at the throat they tend to be asymptomatic. The symptoms you describe may represent an "every day" viral sore throat which you may have caught from kissing your partner or from your other usual daily activities and interactions. A touch of paranoia may be adding a bit to this as well.
You have no reason for concern from the activities you describe. You do not need testing either. Take care. EWH

If the condoms was left in place as you pulled out, you are not at risk. EWH
Thank you for your thorough response, Doctor. As you stated, having worn the condom while receiving oral does not worry me. However, in the last few moments before our encounter ended, my condom was still inside her when I pulled out of her during vaginal intercourse. I don't know how long we might have had unprotected sex, or if this just happened when she dismounted me, but could something have happened during that moment?
Thanks again.
I also wanted to add that I have a slight burning sensation on my lips. I don't know if it's because I keep thinking about it, but there definitely is a little soreness in my throat, and a slight burning sensation in my lips. I hope it's just my paranoia, but are these symptoms of anything familiar?
