Condom breaking CSW

Hi Drs,
this is sort of a continuation of my previous question but my circumstances have changed following the review of Urologist and I was unsure of how or where to post this one and what the policy made be. My apologies. Quick history recap is this.

12 days ago had a condom completely come off with a 25 year old white female CSW while I was inside her. This lasted for a few minutes this way and she climaxed. I asked if she had anything she said no which we now know to be wrong.I am 35 year old hetero circumsized  African American male.
4 days later itching and tingling in the urethra

9 days later swollen lympnode in the left groin to go along with slight discomfort after urination

11 days later went to urologist and had exam. Urologist confirmed swollen lympnode in groin and gave me urine test. Urologist said that Ghonnoreah and Chlamydia are not showing up in my Urine but he suspects that is what my problem is. He said he could do a swab test but it would'nt change the way he was going to treat my problem because the two STD's usually go hand in hand. I was prescribed levaquin 500mg for 14days and  two tablets of azithromycin 500mg
He also wrote me a script to get tested for the HIV, RPR, HSV-TYPE2, and the following which I dont understand (R599.7),(709.9). As of last night (12 days post incident) I noticed a lymph node on the left side of my neck has swelled to the size of a pea and now has me probing my body for other swollen nodes. With two swollen nodes on opposite sides of my body I'm back to fearing HIV.Is this to early for ARS and how soon can I expect other node swelling or symptoms if this is indeed my worse fear in HIV? Thank you. My blood tests are friday and Im scared again that this is HIV

A forum like this is not a substitute for direct care, which you are receiving from your own urologist.  As Dr. Hook reassured you, there is virtually no chance you have HIV, because it is unlikely your partner had HIV, and if she did, the chance of transmission from a single episode of unprotected vaginal sex averages 1 in 1,000 or lower.

Your doctor has ordered tests for syphilis, HIV, and herpes.  I suspect the numbers are the lab's code numbers for those tests, but askt he doctor's office if it seem unclear.  HIV does not cause lymph node enlargements limited to the groin, and it does not cause lymph node inflammation without fiver.

In the chance you have chlamydia or gonorrhea that was missed by testing, the azithromcyin and levaquin will clear them up.

At this time, the appropriate action is for you to continue to follow up with your urologist.  There's nothing further this forum can help with.

Please also note MedHelp's rule that permits no more than 2 questions every 6 months on each of the professionally moderated forums.  Any more before next August will be deleted without reply, and without refund of the posting fee.
