You describe several exposures over the past 2.5 years which obviously concern you. I will make additional comments below but before i do, let me suggest you go on and get an HIV test. I suggest this not because anything you have said suggests and substantial risk for HIV, or any other STD, but because it worries you and by getting tested you will get the reassurance that a negative test result will provide. Now, regarding your concerns:
In all likelihood, none of your partners were HIV infected, even the CSWs. While CSWs may have a somewhat higher prevalence of HIV than non-professionals, most of them still are not infected with rates typically being lower than 10%.
In addition, the intercourse you describe was condom protected. Condoms work. there is virtually no risk from such exposures.
The risk form oral sex, whether this refers to you performing oral sex on a partner or receipt of cunnilingus, is very, very low. Here on this site we quote a risk of 1 infection per 10,000 exposures to an infected partner and some experts feel that we are too conservative and that there is no risk whatsoever.
fingering - no risk. Hang nails and tongue piercing do not change risk.
The two rashes you describe sound like fungal infections. That you had fungal skin infections does not suggest HIV.
Hope this helps. your risk is very, very low. Nonetheless, I would suggest an HIV test for the peace of mind it will provide you. Take care. EWH
Thank you for the quick response and direct answers. There seems to be a lot of varying degrees of information on the internet when it comes to oral sex, this site being the most consistent and frank.
