and i eat a doxycline which already treatable since that i have no nothing about hiv and after 5weeks i develop a fever only for one day and i read at the internet this symthomps is like acute hiv infection and i starting to fear every single night since that i have develop many symthomps of acute infection like muscle aches, diarhea, the sore throat before flu.
i decided to get tested with hiv but in my country there is no duo combo test only have elisa antibody and antigen test which it take 3hours for the result its came back non reactive so i went to my doctor told me to wait at 6month test for accurate 100%.

Yes, an ELISA test which detects both HIV antibody and HIV antigen is the same as a DUO test.  It would provide definitve results at any time more than 4 weeks after your exposure.

A rapid test at 12 weeks would also be definitive.  EWG

Last answer.

You do not have HIV. Your test result proves this.

There is no need for more testing.  For all practical purposes all currently marketed tests for HIV provide accurate information on the presence or absence of HIV infection in virtually everyone at 8 weeks following exposure.  The recommendations for testing at 3 and even 6 months are the result of two factors- data from older tests no longer used (you really do not need to worry about which generation of tests you were tested with, at this time virtually all tests are far more sensitive that they were even 2-3 years ago when the 3 month recommendation was made) and secondly, the fact that some, mostly governmental agencies which have to provide recommendations for virtually everyone without the sort of interactions such as those you get with your doctor or on personalized sites such as this one, feel the cannot "afford" to be wrong and therefore make recommendations and guidelines which leave most people unnecessarily nervous for 4-6 weeks longer than the 6-8 weeks it takes virtually everyone to develop HIV antibodies.   EWH

Your question is difficult to follow.  A DUO test is a combination HIV antigen/antibody test.  EWH

You are asking me to repeat myself. Please just re-read the original answer.  Believe your 8 week test result. You do not need re-testing.

I cannot tell you where to find a DUO test.  EWH

Welcome to our Forum. I will try to help however some of your questions are difficult to follow.  As I understand your comment, you have had sexual contact with commercial sex workers, using condoms for all vaginal sexual exposures but not for oral contact.  Assuming this is correct, here are the answers to your questions:

1.it is necesarry for 6months test?
Six month tests are a waste of time.  A test taken 8 weeks after your last exposure provided definitive evidence that you did not get HIV from the exposures you describe.

2.why can i have a very high frequency urinating every night and feeling tingle in my penis which i use a condom.
Frequent urination is not a symptom of HIV and is not a common symptom of STD. On the other hand, it can be due to a prostate infection (which would not be an STD) or anxiety.  If you have had a urinalysis and it is normal, there is no infection.

3.almost 40% of symthomps i read at the internet site is the same of my symthomps i am a late seroconvert?
There is really no such thing as late seroconversion.  The symptoms of the ARS are TOTALLY non-specific and when people experience "ARS symptoms" they are much more likely to have something else, usually some other, more typical virus infection.  When this has been studied in the US, less than 1% of persons seeking medical care for "ARS symptoms" are found to have HIV, the remainder having symptoms due to other processes.  In your case, you can be sure that your symptoms are not the ARS.

4.is my 8week test is not assurance me?i still afraid until now just need a doctor advice.
Yes, believe the 8 week result.

as for your additonal questions:
1.the doctor told me to a have a pcr test for the accuration and i ask a lab the pcr is very expensive and the result is not taken a one day and the lab told me to only have a rapid test and doctor refuse a rapid test because the doctor said rapid test is not sensitivity test.
You do not need a PCR test. It is a waste of money. for you.

2.loss my weight for 4kg
This could be due to lots of other things.  It is not due to HIV.

3.in world population how many weeks 100%people get a new infected result?
Virtually everyone who acquired HIV has a positive test at 8 weeks (you asked this question before).

I realize that you are anxious about this but, as I said, there is no meaningful risk.  There will not be a lot of repetitive follow-up.  EWH
