Exposure from frottage, oral/fingering, or mutual-going crazy

My possible exposures:
-Exposure1 (Around Sept 3rd). A frottage incident where precum could have come into contact with the langerhans cells of my foreskin. The guy said he cant precum but i obviously saw he did. I did not penetrate him during the frottage, this was obseved my me and him. i am also worried that the motion we did during the frottage could have rubbed hiv from the precum into my glans/foreskin
-Exposure 2 (Around Sept 16). insertive oral sex (I am worried there may have been blood in his mouth and through the motions created during oral sex it (hiv) was massaged into my foreskin). I didn't see any blood but that doesn't mean it wasn't present. Or if maybe there were microscopic cuts on my foreskin (I didnt feel any and i washed afterwards)
there was also anal finguring, where there could have been precum or cum on his finger (more likely just precum) and it could have got into me.
-Exposure 3 (2-3 weeks ago). The mutual masturbation, there may have been precum on his hands when he jacked me off, or His fluids on my hands after I jacked him off. Although I washed after this as well. Could this have infected me? This is taking into account we were in a steam room , would the virus be inactivatd that quick in a steam room where the temperature is higher?
I got a sore throat present two weeks after exposure of the 1st incident, just pain when swallowing, the pain was not there in the mornings, or when i was eating. Within the last few weeks I have noticed swollen lymph node in my neck, and i have this oval-shaped spot of dry skin on my neck that is sore when touched (just appeared this week)
Should I test? Was I at real risk? Does this change because I'm not circumcised? I can't test yet as it's only about 6 weeks from my last potential exposure, sorry if I sound in panic, I am just scared and frustrated because I want to get on with my life, all that has been on my mind for the past 3.5 months is HIV.

The greater detail you have provided regaridng you exposures does not change my assessment.  You still are not at risk.

The rash of the ARS is a generalized rash, not a localize one.  As for the pictures, as a policy neither of us on this Forum look at pictures sent over the internet.  We learned long ago that they are of little help and can often be misleading.  If you want someone to look at your lesions you should see a helath care provider.

My assessment has not changed.  You need not worry.  EWH

Thank you for your quick response Dr! The sore throat caught me by suprise though. When people started getting sick at work I started filling by body up with B and C vitamins and calcium so i would NOT get sick and I still go the sore throat. This is what worries me, and althought it was only slight pain when swallowing going through the day, and it was not present in the morning or while eating, I still feel that since I was so anxious to prevent the sore throat it shouldnt have happened. I have read that pain when swallowing is ALWAYS viral.
Also, the spot that appeared on the back of my neck happened a month after potential exposure 2 (got a blow job and anal fingering where precum may have been present) and about 2.5 weeks after potential exposure 3 (mutual jacking off with other guy). Here is what it looked like:

file:///C:/Users/Raynardo/Pictures/Random%20photos/100_0039.JPG
file:///C:/Users/Raynardo/Pictures/Random%20photos/100_0043.JPG  - the second one was after i put lotion on it. Does this ''rash'' (is it even a rash? or something else? Everyone says it looks like a scratch or burn or an allergic reaction?) look like the one consistent with ARS infection? It was on the back of my neck. The spot has sense cleared up mostly (lated about 3 or 4 days).
I know that hiv cannot maintain infection outside it's host, but does it lose infectiousness that quick? I worry because I am afraid that precum got onto my foreskin and the HIV was potentially ''sucked in'' through the cells there.
I dont recall having a fever during any of these times. I still plan to get tested soon for peace of mind though. I keep hearing all these stories about people getting infected through getting blow jobs and being called liars. I feel like I am one of those unlucky one in a million that could get infected this way.

--I had unprotected insertive anal sex back on May 30th, but got an hiv test on September 8th (about 14 weeks after the incident) and it came back negative. I know this is considered conclusive, but what are the chances that I am one of those people that seroconverts late, although I am not a drug user or have cancer?

I'm sorry if my questions seem repetitive, but is your response still the same giving these ''new'' circumstances?

Welcome to our Forum.  You have chosen the right pseudonym for your post as you are certainly being unnecessarily anxious despite having been told on the HIV Prevention Community that your exposure was no risk.  HIV is not spread through frottage, mutual masturbation or receipt of oral sex.  It is irrelevant that you may have gotten his genital or oral secretions on you in the course of these activities - that in no way changes the fact that the exposures were no risk.  This has been studied and evaluated in thousands or thousands of people and there has NEVER been a case in which HIV has been convincingly spread in this way.  You will not be the  first.  Your sore throat is a coincidence and nothing more.

From a medical perspective there is no reason for you to seek testing. If you were to test at this time, you would be testing at a time when over 95% of HIV transmitted over 6 weeks ago would be detectable.  No matter when you test however, your tests will show that you did not get HIV from this exposure.  I hope my assurance will be helpful to you.  Take care.  EWH
