This is not a test about STIs or HIV. Chlamydia pneurmonia is not an STI. Further blood tests for chlamydia infections are not recommended as they may indicate past not present infections.

Thanks. Now I am clear and feel confident. sorry for excessive posting of doubts.

This will be my final answer to your questions. You need to accept that your tests PROVE that you did not have HIV and that your earlier test results represent a false positve result from your ill-advised PCR testing.
Your 1rst doctor is wrong.
Medicatins for blood pressure will not affect your test results.
No, a "weak immune system" would not delay development of antibodies to HIV.
This will be my final response. This thread is now over. EWH
Hi Doctor,
Yes, your comments are very much helpful to me.
Just for my getting more confidence:
- According to my old doctor who did first PCR RNA, low viral load like my test result had means the slow progression HIV VIRUS. 2nd PCR gave negative for taking 3 days of ART as viral load in 1st PCR RNA WAS LOW.
Is it true?
- I take Tab- Also AT for blood pressure, Acitorm-2mg and Atorsave - 20 mg.
Had those medicine any effects on test results?
- Can weak immune system delay developing HIV
ANTIBODIES even after window period of 90 days.

Welcome back to the Forum. the test results you ahve are conclusive and have proven that you did not get HIV, Hepatitis A, B or C, syphilis or herpes from the exposure that you describe. It is time to stop worrying.
1} Are those symptoms are related to HIV. Am I suffering from opertunestic infection as my CD4 count was only 315 at 24 days post exposure. Or all these symptoms are due to getting scare of HIV.
These symptoms are not due to HIV. These are not symptoms typical of HIV. They may be unrelated occurrences that you have noticed only because you are worried about HIV.
2) Is there any increase in window period that may be considered due to taking 5 days of ART (at 46, 47, 48, 50 and 52 nd days post exposure)
No, your tests are conclusive. The three days of ART that you took do not change the validity of your test results. Believe your tests, you do not have HIV from the exposure you have described.
3) Do I need any further tests.
No, no further testing is needed.
I hope these comments are helpful. EWH
