Welcome to our Forum. The activities you describe, as well as the symptoms you and family members have experience are not related to HIV acquired through the exposures that you have described. HIV is only transmitted in adults through penetrative vaginal or anal sex or through injection of infected material deep into tissue. It is not transmitted by hugging, touching, rubbing, kissing (including French kissing) or sucking on a partner's breasts, even if there are mouth sores or dental/gum disease present. Similarly, HIV is not transmitted through clothing, even when the clothing becomes wet with genital secretions. No risk whatsoever.
The illnesses you describe in yourself (sore throat, mouth sores), daughter (vomiting or fever) are far more likely to be coincidental infections of the sort most people get from time to time than anything else, including HIV acquired through the activities you describe.
There is no reason for concern or for testing related to the exposures you have described. Nor is there any reason to abstain from sex with your wife. I hope my comments are helpful- take care. EWH
Your friend is correct- my earlier answer provided this informtation. EWH

So what ever my friend was said to me true "sucking breast with or without Body fluids(blood/Breast secretion) is not worry for HIV even we have cuts/sores or root canaled tooth in mouth,He said as long as we haven't feel, seen or taste blood / Breast secretion, there is nothing to worry , it will be like shake handing a HIV + person , also he said from dress you never get HIV even if bare penis touched or jammed on a dress which was dipped in Blood or general Secretions" as he was physician but not specialized in STD or HIV so I need an experts answer
Thanks for your valuable Advice
