Welcome to the Forum.  I will comment only on your symptoms and your test results.  Your symptoms do not suggest HIV.  The symptoms of recently acquired HIV typically do not begin until about two weeks after an exposure and when they do, problems such as dizziness and drowsiness are not suggestive of HIV.  Further, the symptoms of HIV do not last more than a week and your symptoms have lasted longer than that.

As for your test results. the tests you had provide definitive results an any time more than 4 weeks after an exposure. Thus your tests at 38, 42 and 60 days all prove without a doubt that you did not get HIV.

My advice is to believe your test results. They are definitive. You do not need further testing. EWH

You do not need any further testing related to the exposure you describe. The tests you already have prove that you did not get HIV.  EWH

Thank Dr Edward.
I'll try to relax.
I already read and reread your answers several times.
I can really relax and do not need to test more, regardless of symptoms that may appear?
Dr. Edward, I will follow your recommendation.

None of the events you mention suggest HIV.  I would not worry and suggest you make every effort to relax.  EWH

Dr. Hello, sorry to bother you again.
I am very worried because my mouth is too dry , and gave me a cold sore.
I'm also having a bit of folliculitis, which I think is related to the problem in the gut.
I tried to make another post and I could not, I will do everything not to bother you anymore.
I can really forget about hiv and my symptoms are related to something else?
A big hug Dr. Edward, stay with God. I went through many difficult times these days, I thought about putting an end to my life, pardon the outburst.

1- In case the last test 60 days (8.5 weeks) have detected antibodies anyway? Independent of antigens?
Yes antibodies are detectable in virtually evryone 8 weeks after an expsoure.

2- In the meantime, I had an unprotected intercourse with my wife, and I was desperate, I can stay calm?
Obviously, if you have a conclusive result, you should assume that you can go about your life normally, including in terms of sexual activity with your wife.

3- Even if it was a high risk, a recommendation would be the same?
The recommendations do not change becasue an exposure is high risk.
