Hiv possibility

Good day doctors. Thanks for the great site.
I have been reading a lot of posts and I'm a bit worried about my exposer. 3 and a half weeks ago I went and got a sensual massage. It seemed like a clean place. They had rules that they seems not be negotiable. No oral,no fingering and no full house!
It started of with a shower and then the girl got naked and I was naked. She massaged me with what I would guess was a oil based lube as after she wiped me down and put powder on me as she said it's not easy to get off.
Then it was a normal massage and the I turned around and she did a pelvic massage.
What's concerning me is that her vagina came into contact with naked penis. I looked down as she was rubbing vigoursly on my shaft. Her lips were open over my shaft so I do think I can into contact with her inner lips. But at no time did my head of my penis. It went on for about 30 sec and the I stopped her. She finished me off with a handjob.
Can I get exposed to the virus this way as I saw her clitoris region on my shaft going up and down. At no stage was there penetration at all.
At 3 weeks post exposure I did a rapid test and it came back negative.
Is that a good sign?
No real symptoms as yet.

Please could you educated me a bit on this exposure. Lots of lube was used and I had no visible cuts on my penis!!!

Please help
Thanks

I understood the nature of your contact and addresses it in my original reply.  As I said, no penetration, no risk.  No testing is needed.  Thus it is no surprise that your test was negative.  If you continue to test the results will be the same.

There is no reason related to this exposure not to continue to have unprotected sex with your regular partner. EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll try to help.  the critical part of the description that you have provided is that there was no penetration.  Thus the contact you had falls into the category of masturbation that is sometimes called frottage or genital-to-genital rubbing.  Without penetration HIV is not transmitted, thus the contact that you describe did not put you at risk for HIV, even if your partner did happen to have HIV which you do not know and is statistically unlikely.  I would not be worried about HIV from this contact and see no reason for testing related to the events that you have described.

I hope this comment is helpful.  Take care.  EWH

No, these bumps are most probably normal.  They are certainly not a sign of HIV.  EWH

Thanks for your reply. I think the stress is getting to me abit to be honest. Constantly  examining myself etc.
I did not penetrate her. But doctor my concern is the fact that she rubbed her naked vagina on my naked penis shaft. Can hiv be spread that way?

My finger pick test at 3 weeks was negative does this count at all. I do live in SA and there is a high hiv rate here that's another concern..
I'm in a relationship what is your advice about continuing sex with my partner and what is your advise about the situation.

Thank you
