Even in China, the risk of hepatitis B infection is very low for any single exposure. It is not very efficiently transmitted. However, everybody in China probably should be vaccinated against HBV, or tested for it to see if they are susceptible, regardless of their sexual risks. (I don't know the official recommendations of health authorities in your country, however.)
This was helpful and i am getting first round of tests in the morning. Are my chances with hep b as good, since this was in china
Welcome to the HIV forum.
The chance you caught HIV is zero for practical purposes -- low enough risk that testing for HIV and be considered optional (but my guess is you'll want to do it). If overall prevalence in your country is 0.1%, presumably it is no higher than 1% in commercial sex workers. The average risk of female to male transmission per episode of unprotected vaginal sex is around 1 in 2,000. That suggests your HIV risk may be around 1 in 200,000.
There are fewer data on which to estimate the risk of other STDs, but the risk is always pretty low for any particular exposure. Most likely there is some risk for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, etc, but the rates are highly variable from one country to another, and within various countries. The odds for these STDs probably are higher than for HIV, but still are strongly in your favor, probably under 1% chance of infection maybe under 1 in 10,000.
Prophylactic antibiotic therapy is not usually recommended in this setting. Generally it is better to be on the lookout for symptoms and get examined accordingly; or to have routine testing after ~6 weeks, by which time all the standard tests are reliable (gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV). Definitely there is no role for ciprofloxacin, which is not useful against any STD.
