Panic about possible HIV
Dear Doc,
2 Weeks back i went for a massage and the lady given me a nude body to body rubbing, kissed, licked and soft biting all over my chest, thighs and licked my balls. finally she gave a covered BJ. Later i got to know she is a professional Sex worker. Next day after this incident i had a pain in my penis, which lasted for 3 Days. after a week i got throat pain and irritation for 2 days followed by cold for 4 days. for last 2 days i am getting palm and foot sweating. today after exact 2 Weeks from the incident i noticed some very small rashes (No colour) in my penis head. i am really in panic state and unable to set my mind in peace. please help with following question:
1. Is there a chance of HIV, if the Lady is HIV +
2. All the symptoms i mentioned are related to HIV ?
3. Any possible STD and what test do i need to take ?
4. What is the quickest and reliable test i can take and is it necessary ?
5. Is there any possibility for HIV by Licking.

There is no need for you to test further. These results prove that you did not get HSV.
If you repeat test the index value may vary an whether it goes up or own is inno way suggestive or indicative of any change in your status.

On 28th Day i have tested for both HIV DUO and HIV 1/ HIV 2 (Tri Dot Rapid), and The result came was negative in a Rapid Test and in the Duo CMIA - Non Reactive with the observed value of 0.41 (above 1.0 Being reactive). Now i am partially @ peace and one final clarification is Will the index value increase if i get tested after 3 Months. and should i be concerned about this value, because i got tested @ 28th day and which is lesser than 3 Months window Period. Please advice.

Thank you very much for your reply. I like to confirm that is it all HIV Duo Tests are 4th Generation Tests ? or should i need to ask specifically. please advice. because i am not sure on the availability of the test in India. and secondly one final question:
I have a mild throat irritation for last 10 days (till Date) and some rashes in the body (Even before the exposure i use to get rashes) and i am not sure on the reason. Since the rashes and Sore throat is the symptom of ARS i am paranoid, and i am not sure how to differentiate between usual issue with ARS. please advice.

You are being hyperchondriacal.
Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned. This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times. I suspect that this was a contributor to your situation. If you cannot work through this yourself, then I suggest that you discuss it with a trained counselor or other mental helath professioanal. You need to get this behind you- your worries are clearly having too much impact on you. EWH

one more thing i like mention: i never got sore throat are swollen lymph gland before, which made me think that my immunity is affected and i am prone to infection easily post my exposure... please advice your view on this also. eagerly waiting for your reply. please help...
After your yesterday response i was at peace and today morning i was more energetic and active. i mostly relieved from my panic situation, however in the afternoon today i got a slight throat pain in my left lymph gland and when i examined it was swollen and slowly the pain started radiating till my ears. this brings back my fear. since after 2 weeks now i am started to panic again. please help me with your response on possible reason. please...

No, these symptoms are in no way suggestive of HIV. They began too soon (the symptoms of early HIV typically begin between 2 and 6 weeks following exposure) and are non-specific.
