I just went to test because of peace of mind. I thougt I might get it from vagina fluid touch tip of my penis plus I wash it with water which is not good thing to do right?
But even you cant comfirm that I am 100 negative ( sorry for being rude to your advice).
I thought you can comfirm since you see my result tests like wb and rna and dna pcr.
My theory is
1. Rapid test detect hiv antibodies which others cant.
2. Rapid test detect some other antibodies which is not related to hiv(cross reaction).
I also like to know if im your patient , what test you want me to take. I want to move on but how. I dont want to pass it to my wife.
My recommendation for a preferred approach would be to stop testing and not worry. EWH
Thank you for everything .
Here is my last question.
If I want to move on and choose not to test anymore, is it gonna be the best choice for me or I should see the hiv infectious specialist? Your answer will be what I will 99% do. Please answer base on the test result and exposure.
Thank you dr. Have a good day.
I disagree with your theory and do not believe you have HIV. I believe your Clearview and Orasure tests are falsely positive. However, you are NOT my patient. The MOST important part of my advice, which I will repeat, is that you need to see an HIV Infectious Diseases sepecialist FACE-TO-FACE who can examine you thorughly, who can use his or her findings to order more tests if need be, and can talk directly to you (and not over the internet).
That's all I'll have to say. EWH
Welcome to our Forum. The exposures you describe, condom protected genital sex and receipt of oral sex (whether condom protected or not) were virtually no risk for HIV. I would not have recommended testing. When I consider your test results as a whole 9as opposed to any one test result or another), I suspect that you do not have HIV and that is something about you and your makeup that leads to false positive test results in the Clearview and Oraquick tests (what that might be is impossible to say). Your negative western blot and PCR tests, as well as the other tests you mention far out way the results on the rapid tests you have.
As far as what to do, my recommendation is to believe that you are not infected and to not worry. My sense, from reading your multiple earlier posts, as well as in your testing history, is that this is a recommendation that will be difficult for you to take. Thus my alternate suggestion is for you to seek the evaluation by an HIV specialist in a locale near you (there are such persons in every state and country). What I recommend against however is further self testing- I suspect this will not provide the assurance you seek, nor will it satisfy the questions you have.
In answer to your specific questions:
1. Chance that I have HIV 2 or rare strain HIV 1 like group o,n ,p?
As suggested in your question, these strains are excruciatingly rare, your exposure was no risk and when you put these things together, your risk for HIV, even due to unusual strains, is virtually zero.
2. Do u think that I am positive or negative what the reason?
See above. I like the folks who you have interacted with on our community sites, suspect you do not have HIV.
3. Do I need more test ?what test do I need to rule out ?
See above. I do not think so but I realize this may be difficult advice to accept.
4.Why whole blood rapid test keep coming positive ?
Many false positive test results cannot be readily explained.
5.Can you say that I am 100 % negative without doubt?
Of course not. I did not do your tests, do not know the labs you went to, and have not examined you. That said, the chance that you have HIV is, for all practical purposes zero. To get a better grasp however, you should not seek advice over the internet but interact in person with a knowledgeable specialist. EWH
