Possibly HIV exposure And Scary Symptoms

Hi Dr. HHH, I posted a question on this forum a month ago today when the software glitch occured. I was hoping to get a little more information about my risk. I'm very scared and my symptoms aren't helping.Here goes... 6 weeks and 2 days ago, I used a used beer bottle for anal pleasure. I think it might have belonged to a cousin whose statis is unknown. However, I believe there is a high chance he is HIV positive becuase he is on drugs and alcoholic and very promiscous. The bottle hadn't been used for about 20 minutes

Good grief.  Did you think the prominent statement on the forum home page somehow didn't apply to you?

I told you last time that this is zero risk.  Did you think I might have changed my mind in the past month?  If you're nervous, asking me isn't going to help.  Go have an HIV test.  If it is positive, though, it will have nothing to do with your beer bottle adventure.

The bottle was only in my rectum for about 15-45 seconds. A minute at the most.  The bottle had been on the back of the toilet so it was probably used while my cousin was taking a ****. My question is if feces was on the bottle and maybe blood from a cut in his mouth along with saliva and I had a tear in my rectum could I have caught HIV. I'm really woried beucase about 2 weeks later I had a sore throat but no inflammation in my throat. THen I caught a cold but didn't cough or have mucuos. I also had a canker sore a few dyas after this incident. And about 2 weeks after this I noticed a white strip on my tonsils. About 4 weeks post-exposure I had a heat rash on my arms and face. And 6 weeks post-exposure 4 of my lymph nodes swelled in my neck and my neck hurts. Also, about 4.5 weeks post I had small bumps in the area between my thigh and scrotum. They were EXTREMLY itchy and sometimes painful. I applied alcohol and they are gone now but the skin peeled a few days ago in that area. And the last thing, I still have a sore throat but it feels like its in my lower neck and my lungs. Its somewhat unconfortable to exhale although not painful.

Thanks Dc. for your speedy reply and I understand that my question is probably anxiety realted. However I didn't get to finsh posting and added another paragrah after you had already replied. Please read this a give me your thoughts. I'd really appreiate it

Someone else's feces on the bottle? I'll bet not 1 man in 10,000 has ever inserted a beer bottle into his own butt--and you think your cousin might have done it? Get real. And you don't know your cousin has HIV. Your scenario is too outlandish for serious consderation, and wouldn't be a serious HIV risk even if all your paranoid assumptions were true. I repeat: your symptoms cannot be due to HIV from that event.

You are really on the edge here. Clearly you need emotional support, which I refuse to provide. Do not post one word of follow-up comment or I will delete this entire thread.
