I doubt your wife's viral infection is an STD; she didn't catch it by sex with you.
You do not have HIV. Listen to your doctor and follow his or her advice.
This forum deals only with HIV, which neither your nor your wife has. No more comments on this thread -- and please do not start a new one on the same topic.
i forgot to mention thta blood was again taken to check the viral infection and it was noted that its gone, everything was fine. they test CRP and it was found that it is <1 and the Dr. mentioned that i do not have infection of any sort. he also said that if i was infected with hiv the CRP level would have been high, is thta true.have i infected my wife with viral infection.i'm really scared. now she complaining that she feeling very weak.

I got tested today with NEGATIVE results in 101 days! I'm so happy! i'm now moving on with my life. By the way, I'm getting MARRIED in 2 months time and I was really worried. I'm now forgetting everything and moving on with me fiance. Thanks to all of you guys for your help!
Welcome to the forum.
Kissing doesn't transmit HIV. Symptoms the next day after a kiss or other exposure cannot be due to HIV (or any other infection) from the event. Virtually no infections of any kind can cause symptoms sooner than 2-3 days later. You didn't even need testing, and if you had come to my clinic, we would not have prescribed PEP. I wouldn't even have recommended testing for HIV, except maybe a single duo test at 4 weeks to reassure you.
To your specific questions:
1) Two days of PEP would have no effect on HIV test results. Your negative results -- all of them -- are reliable.
2) Testing at 3 months applies when only the antibody tests are done. Even there, with the standard (3rd generation) tests, 6 weeks in fact is sufficient. With combination tests like you had, 4 weeks is conclusive.
3,4) There are NO medications or health problems known to interfere with HIV testing. That's an urban myth. In theory, potent chemotherapy or immunosuppressive drugs, or terminal illnesses might do it. Even these are not proved; there are NO reported cases when interference actually happened. Furhter, such interference in theory applies ONLY to the antibody tests. For sure there is no interference with PCR testing or p24 antigen (the "Ag" part of the duo or Ab/Ag tests).
So you can be 100% certain you do not have HIV. Something else is the cause of the various symptoms you report. You have been seriously over-tested. Do not have any more HIV tests.
Now you have heard the same thing multiple times on the community forum, probably from your own doctor(s), and here. There is no information you can think of that would possibly change this conclusion, or that would change my opinion or advice -- so unlike your repetitive "yes but" and "what if" questions on the community forums, there will be none of that here. Do your best to move on without worry.
Really, mellow out. All is well. I hope these comments have helped.
