Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question. I'll try to help.
Nobody has ever been known to be infected with HIV by hand-genital contact, and that's regardless of genital trauma, bleeding, etc. You aren't going to be the first. Even if the masseuse has HIV, or even if her previous client were infected, you are not at risk.
I think those comments answer both your infections. You don't need to be worried and should not be tested for HIV on account of this event; and you can safely continue unprotected sex with your regular partner(s).
I see you have asked the same question on the HIV international forum. You can expect a similar reply. Let's hold off on follow-up comments or questions until you have also had your reply there.

No risk in either of those circumstances.
You appear to be obsessed with a sexual choice you regret. Deal with that as you need to, but don't confuse it with HIV risk. There was none. Do your best to ignore any additional "what if" or "is it possible" questions that might come to mind. Nobody in the world ever caught HIV from hand-genital contact, and there are no circumstances you can think of that would change my opinion or advice. So that will end this thread.
Dear Doctor,
I would just like to ask what is the risk of HIV infection if:
1) If the masseuse also had a cut.
2) A towel was used to clean my penis straight after and I'm not too sure if it was a new towel. What are my risks if the towel was used by the previous customer 30 minutes earlier as well.
My apologies but I am still worried about it.
Regards
Thanks Doctor,
The international forum also had a similar reply.
I was worried because I had a cut from the warts during the handjob and thought that there was a risk of infection from HIV. And I thought that there was a higher risk of HIV infection because these warts could be more susceptible to HIV infection.
Thanks
