Scared of HIV virus and need advice from doctor

Hi Doc,

Last weekend I went to stripper in USA. She gave me a Hand job and allowed me to finger her and licking her breasts.I didn't had any intercourse with her.
I am concerned about below activities which will cause any HIV transmission.
Please advise me if I have any chances of Virus contact

1)I started fingering her vagina while she is giving a hand job. After some time I removed my finger from her vagina and touched my penis head for 2 seconds and removed immediately. She continued to give hand job.

2) She spitted on my penis for lubrication. It's dark and I didn't observed if her saliva has any blood. I don't have any open cuts on my penis.

3) She kept her finger once in her vagina and then in her mouth once. Later I had a lip kiss for couple of seconds ... not an open mouth kiss(french KISS). Will there be any risk ?

4)I have some old cold sores on my lips. Will I get effected by licking or sucking of the breasts for 5-10 seconds and I don't feel any milk coming out of her breast. Moreover what are the chances If someone prior to me sucked the breasts and the virus will be transmitted to me after I licked her breasts?
Really getting scared of these acts. Help me to understand the risk.

Thanks for your help and educating me.

Regards

Welcome to the forum.

I'm happy to confirm the good news replies you had both times you asked these questions on the HIV community forum.  HIV is harder to transmit than you think and the exposure you describe carry no risk whatever.  The virus has never been known to be transmitted by fingering, hand-genital contact, kissing, or mouth contact with breasts or anywhere else on the body -- regardless of cold sores, cuts or nicks on the fingers, etc.  Saliva kills the virus and is never a source of HIV transmisison.  It is unlikely the stripper has HIV (the vast majority do not), but there was no risk even if she does.

Therefore, you should not be at all concerned, do not need testing for HIV or any other STD, and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue unprotected sex without putting her at risk.

I hope this has been helpful.  Best wishes-- HHH, MD

These symptoms are not suggestive of STDs, especially since you were not at risk for STD as discussed above.  They typical for some of the physical symptoms of anxiety.

I would advise you to stop searching the internet.  Like many or most anxious persons, you seem be drawn to information that inflames your worries and to be missing the reassuring parts.  Re-read my original reply.  If you continue to experience these symptoms or otherwise remain concerned, professional counseling might be reasonable.  I suggest it from compassion, not criticism.

This thread is over.  Good luck.

Hi Doc,

Sorry to interrupt you again.

I am feeling few symptoms which are similar to HIV.

1) Frequent urination and mild burning pain before urinating (After urination I feel comfortable).

2) Throat pain from past 2 days.

I read in internet these are symptoms of starting of disease.

I am scared and unable to think anything else. I am going to meet urologist next week (Wednesday) to check. Before that do i need to g for any testing.

Please help me if these are the early symptoms of the disease ? I never had sex. Only this situation kept me in this position.

I am yet to get married and 29 Years old. I love my family a lot. I am an IT guy having bright future came to USA 6 months back.

Thanks

Thanks Doc for your reply. I feel comfortable now after seeing your message.Because you are an experienced person to analyze the risk accurately to my situation.

I have one last question or doubt.

Will there be any risk If there is a small amounts of vaginal fluid on my finger(due to fingering her) and touched my penis head immediately with time gap of less than 1 second.

Because in some of the other forums I read that there might be a risk since the fluid on my finger might have virus and enter in to penis mucus membrane or "hole". Since she is giving me a hand job will this virus enter in to my body ?

Again thanks for your support and help.

Thanks
