I would urge you and others not to seek information about STI risks, including for HIV from the internet. These sources are often misleading and sensationalistic. EWH
Ok, Thanks Doc Because I been really freakin out about this.......Reading on the Internet that you can get HIV if precum get on a fresh scratch or cut on or in anus
Perhaps I was not clear- other than the miniscule risk associated with your performance of oral sex on him, this was a no risk event. This answer will not change with repeating the question EWH
So finger penetration don't count even though it caused the cut or scratch in my anus that could have came in contact with the bodily fluids?
The sort of scratch you describe and it's contact with preejaculatory fluid or saliva without penetration is not a risk. EWH
So what about the scratch on or in my anus and the precum factor....If he did get it on the scratch could he have licked it off by proceed in with the rimming?

Welcome to the Forum. The exposures you describe are very low risk. HIV is transmitted sexually in adults ONLY through penetrative sexual contact. No penetration, no risk. Your only penetrative sexual activities were your performance of oral sex on your partner. If he was infected (and he said he was not and most people do tell the truth), the risk for you getting HIV form performing oral sex on him is less than 1 infection in 10,000 acts of oral sex (i.e. like performing oral sex on an infected partner daily for over 27 years). Rimming and frottage (rubbing) are not penetrative sexual acts and are not associated with risk for HIV.
I would not worry if I were you. For persons of reassurance, you may wish to test for HIV (and other STIs). Testing for common STIs like gonorrhea and chlamydia can be done at this time. Testing for HIV can be done using a 4th generation, combination HIV antigen/antibody test 4 weeks after your exposure and will provide conclusive results at that time. EWH
