Sensual/erotic massage - Risk of HIV

Dear Drs,

I just went for a sensual/erotic bubble massage where the massage girl and me are fully naked and she massage me all over my body and my genital area using her body & genital area.

I lay on a bed with all bubble and water left over from previous guy, and maybe there is any sperm/semen left by the previous guy on the bed and I lay on it/touch the semen and sperm on my body

Her genital is touching with my body and my genital at outer area without condom; but there is no penetration sex. Then she sensual massage me with her hand on my genital,  she also lick all over my body. She then give me some oral sex without condom, and she also handjob me and end up I ejaculate.

My questions:

1) So is there any risk of HIV transmission from above activities (hand to genital massage, her genital area touching my genital area but no penetration, oral sex without condom, handjob, licking all over body)?

2) If there any cut on my body/genital and her body, will there is risk of HIV transmission?

3) If there any left over sperm/semen on the bed before, and the sperm/semen touch my genital/body, then is there any risk of HIV transmission?

4) If I plan to go for a ELISA test after one month of above activity, is the test result reliable?

Thanks and regards,
Worried Man

Welcome to our forum. the exposure you describe did not put you at any risk for HIV or for other STIs.  HIV is spread in adults only through penetrative sexual contact or by injection of infected material deep into tissue.  Further neither HIV nor other STIs are transmitted in bathwater, bubbles on from wet surfaces.  The sorts of activities you describe di d not put you at risk for infection and from a medical perspective there is no need for testing.

In answer to your specific questions:
1) So is there any risk of HIV transmission from above activities (hand to genital massage, her genital area touching my genital area but no penetration, oral sex without condom, handjob, licking all over body)?

Correct, just as you were told on the community site, none of these activities place you at risk for HIV.

2) If there any cut on my body/genital and her body, will there is risk of HIV transmission?

Still no risk

3) If there any left over sperm/semen on the bed before, and the sperm/semen touch my genital/body, then is there any risk of HIV transmission?

No, neither HIV nor other STIs are transmitted through contact with genital secretions or other sources of contamination present on inanimate objects. These infections are transmitted only bt direct person-to-person contact.

4) If I plan to go for a ELISA test after one month of above activity, is the test result reliable?

There is no medical need for testing'  If you had been exposed, and ELISA test at one month would detect over 90% of recently acquired HIV infections.

I hope my comments are helpful. EWH

Dear Dr,

Another question, as u mentioned above, so is that mean an ELISA test after one month of high risk activity will give reliable result? Up to 90% accuracy?

Thanks.

Dear Dr. Hook,

Thanks for the explaination above. One more question, if there are cuts at both of us and come into contact, is there any risk? Or no risk as long as no penetrative sex?

Thanks.
