Welcome to our Forum. You should not be worried. First, there are no cases in which anyone has been proven to get HIV from receipt of oral sex (fellatio) and condom protected oral sex. Thus, even if one of your partners had HIV (which is unlikely-most sex workers do not have HIV), there is still virtually no risk for HIV. With your test results you now have proof that you did not get HIV. A negative combo test 28 days after an exposure is proof that you did not get HIV and should be believed.
Most people who have thrush or oral ulcers do not have HIV- they typically have the sort of virus that most people get from time to time. Your case sounds a bit more severe than average but, based on both your exposure history and your test results, you can be confident that you did not get HIV. There is no need for worry or for more testing related to these exposures. EWH

No, sinusitis or oral ulcers are not suggestive of the ARS. No change in my assessment or advice. EWH
