What are my chances that I am HIV POS?

A little over (6) six years ago I had a single exposure with a white women HIV Unknown My exposure was unprotected Vaginal sex. It only lasted a short while and I did ejaculate in her.

Women below tested NEG after being with me.
Since then I have had unprotected sex with two women one is a friend and second was a long term relationship for about 5 years, the first women has been donating blood a few years after we engaged in unprotected sex approx. 10 times with me and is 100% NEG for HIV (I looked it up BioLife blood centers check for HIV every donation) & she is still donating at this time.

The second women (I have been in a long term relationship with for 5 years & have always had unprotected vaginal and oral sex, I have also had sex with her many times on her period or close to its end. We also had a child with her just last year and her & my child do not have HIV.

Doctor I am so sorry I Fully forgot to mention that all of these hiv tests were the HOME HIV 1/2 TEST KITS ordered off line, I have researched them and they all seem legit and also have the certifications in a PDF file sent to me from the Manufacture.

Doctor, I just don't know the HIV status of the first women that I was with first 6 years ago. So seeing I have been with two other women that are now not infected as well as a child and having these tests I should still be Ok?

Also:
Would I need to test after a hand job, kissing, licking of nipples and may have licked a few sores on the women s leg?

Zero.  You have had repeated tests with at least five different kinds of tests following exposures to low risk partners who have been tested in the past (even your wife.  It is typical for women to be tested during pregnancy).  You can be confident that you do not have HIV related to any of the exposures you mention above. further testing is a waste of your time and resources.  EWH
