Worried About Bruise on Tip of Penis

I saw a couple of sex workers over the last two weeks who gave me unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. We also kissed and I gave them oral vaginal sex. One of them was pretty rough with me and at times hurt me in the groin area with her hand. Last night I masterbated with a t-shirt and today I masterbated with a towel. I felt some pain and upon close inspection I noticed a very smal abrasion or bruise on the tip of my penis along the opening with a dot or two of blood. Needless to say I've freaked out and wondering if I did that to myself, could it be something they did to me, or is this some kind of STD? I can't really see the bruise anymore but the tip of my penis is still sore. This has never happened to me before.

Oral sex is low risk for all STDs, especially HIV, and the vaginal sex was protected.  Don't worry about it.

My apology for posting it here. I guess like many others, I'm mostly worried about HIV and that's why I posted here. May I ask if you think based on what I did with the CSWs I am at risk for HIV or any STDs? Thank you very much for your help and response.

Since the question concerns STDs and STD symptoms, thie question really should have been in the STD forum, not here.  But in any case, the answer is brief:  no STD can cause what looks like an abrasion or bruise that comes on with masturbation; and certainly the use of a towel or t-shirt could cause an abrasion.  Of course if you remain concerned, see a health care provider about it.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD
