Young and Stupid Plz don't delete

Hi Doc
Plz i know you think this is similar but plz look into it especially about the pulled back foreskin i couldn't find any info from the forums. My Thanks beforehand.

I am a 22 year old male

Around 5 weeks back i went to see a sex worker. We engaged in deep open mouth kissing "tongue action" for like 20 secs, no sores on mouth detected. She then performed protected ** on me  and i gave her around 2 mins or less cunnilingus mostly focused on her clitoris maybe tongued her inside once not sure (again no sores on her vagina looked clean) it was the 69 style. We then had protected sex not long like 3-5 mins. I am uncircumcised and she had pulled my foreskin back to put the condom on.
After that she took off the condom here's where its kinda "hazy" for me i think she might of given me a handjob then.   But i do recall her going to answer the door and then waiting for me to come back from the toilet to give me another handjob. After that we finished and washed up.

my concerns are
1) the deep kissing - zero risk i've heard??

2) cunnilingus - sometimes you say extremely low risk sometimes zero...hope mine is zero because of the briefness. I don't think i tasted any fluid because she didn't get wet not sure

3) the handjob - What if when shes removing the condom her hand comes in contact with fluid and then she touches my foreskin and uretha exposed because my foreskin is pulled back. Also when she is giving me a handjob?? She also later help pull my foreskin back to original position what if fluid might of gotten stuck under the foreskin as well.

I heard that hiv exposed to air isn't infectious anymore, would that be enough time between her removing my condom, disposing it and coming back to give me a handjob to not make it infectious. Say around 5secs.

Plz tell me i got no/zero risk from this, its my one only mistake.
Do your see my test as being anything but negative. I been emotionally drained and near paranoia and am fearful of the upcoming test at 3 months.

Your risk is tiny.  You have broken this down step by step so let's address it that way.  Before we do however, let me remind you that odds are she did not have HIV.  Most commercial sex workers do not.

1. Kissing, deep or otherwise, zero risk.

2.  Oral sex.  You on her or her on you.  The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex.  Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.

3.  Masturbation is safe sex.  No risk to you for acquisition of HIV or any other STD.  Please realize that in the course of masturbation small amounts of genital secretions are typically shared between partners, nonetheless there are no HIV transmissions which have occurred in this way.  Thus no risk from pulling your foreskin back, even if she has her secretions on her hand.

4.  You forgot to ask about condom protected genital sex.  Also close to zero risk.

Stop worrying, you are not at meaningful risk from this exposure.  If you want to get tested (only once please), you can do so now.  At this time the results will be a reliable indicator of whether you got HIV or not from this exposure and will show that you did not.

Take Care.  EWH

Believe the result, no matter what test was used.  You did not get HIV from the exposure that concerned you.  EWH

Doc just wanted to update you i just got a 6 week negative test back. In Australia our STD Clinics have a 6 week conclusive test and will refuse to test you anymore after that.
I am so glad this is finally over!!! Can  I really believe this?
the DOC assured me it is conclusive. It was an antigen and antibody test i think.

Your anxiety is beginning to show.  If you have been tested and are negative, at 10 days you have little to worry about.  If you had gotten HSV from this expsoure it would be expected that lesions would have appeared by now.

Absolutely no change in my feelings about your HIV risk becasue if the condom had not broken wide open it was OK

It is time for you to more on and put this behind you.  EWH

Sorry Doc one last question, i am having doubts now if i used a condom for the blow.job.
If i didn't what are the chances for having any STD's. I had a STD/HIV blood test and urine test at 10 days after exposure that showed negative for everything. Deos that put me in the clear for herpes and such?
Again i did not see any sores on her mouth at that time.

I've already answered the first part of your question.  There is no reason for you to worry.  Similarly, if you get tested it will be more for your own peace of mind than for a medical reason or concern.  EWH

It may well be zero risk but the scientific studies have found that when large numbers of persons have been studied and state that they have used condoms 100% of the time, a very, very small number of them get HIV.  Thus the studies say "near zero".  Whether the condoms failed or this is because some people in the study "forgot" to mention non-use or were too embarrassed to admit they did not use condoms when they should have is a matter of conjecture but the data are the data.  Thus we are stuck with having to say "near zero".  EWH
