You are concerned about exposure to two partners, one Japanese, one Italian. In all instances your genital sex was condom protected. In addition you received oral sex from each partner without protection and performed oral sex on another, again without protection.
Your risk is close to zero and you have little of nothing to worry about from these exposures. You do not know if any of these partners had HIV and, in all probability, none of them did. The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex. Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex. Based on these figures your chances of HIV infection are close to zero.
You do not have any medical reason for testing. If you wish to get tested for your own peace of mind, please go on and get one HIV antibody test. At this time the results will be completely reliable and, I predict, will be negative, proving to you that you have no risk. Your concern about possible HIV is not a medical reason to abstain form unprotected sex with your current girlfriend. EWH
