french kissing

i french kiss  a girl 4 or 5 times over the weekend.monday she told me has hiv and showed me the paper.she had it for 8 years. she said she did that causes you can not get hiv through kissing but now im worried. it was deep kissing and i bite on my gums alot and i get sores because of that. can i get hiv or any other std from french kissing? would it be safe to kiss her again?please help

Welcome to the Forum. The information you have received on the HIV Prevention community site is correct. No one has ever gotten HIV from kissing of any sort- french kissing included . This is true even if the HIV infected person had gum disease, sores in their mouth or blood in their mouth.  HIV is not transmitted by kissing. EWH

No change in my answer.  There has never been a case of HIV documented to be transmitted by kissing, with or without sores, bleeding, gum disease.  EWH

please one more question

i do have sores in my mouth where i bite my lips they dont bleed but i do have cuts.does that put me at a risk? if she is bleeding in her mouth would that matter? i told her about the cuts and she got me a little worried

Yes it is safe to kiss her again, even if your tongues touch.  HIV is not transmitted by kissing. EWH

our tongues was touching when we was kissing is that still safe? she does a hiv for fact. would it be safe to kiss her again?
