hiv risk from lap dance and masturbation

Dear Sir,

I went to a strip club where i had two vip sessions. in the first one, the dancer was naked and she was rubbing her vagina and anus and was all over me. i was kissing her legs, breasts, thighs, pelvis area and stomach area. the session lasted about 20 minutes.
In the second session, the dancer was again naked and was all over me. She proceeded to masturbate me and i ejaculated after about 5 minutes into the session in my pants. i was wearing my shirt and pants during both the sessions.

1. is there any risk from the sessions ?
2. do i need testing
3. can i resume my sex (unprotected) with my girl friend ?
4. is this anxiety on my part or the risk is real ?

Please advice.

welcome to this Forum.  I see that you have asked the same questions on the HIV and STD Community sites and you your questions have already be answered.  I agree with the statements made there. There is no risk for STD or HIV from any other activities you describe.  HIV is transmitted through penetrative sexual activity, thus there is no risk form kissing (any body part), masturbation, or rubbing (you of her or her of you).  There is no need for concern, no need for testing and no need to abstain from sex with your wife on the basis of these activities.

Having said this, while you did not ask, I will suggest that you examine you behaviors.  it appears that when you go to these strip clubs the visits and your activities there raise substantial concerns for you regarding risk. Is it worth it? I suggest you consider this. EWH
