Thanks doc ur replies are really helpful.
This forum doesn't advise on symptoms not due to HIV or STDs; since those have been excluded, I have no other advice -- except to say I am confident your symptoms definitely are not due to any infection from your commercial sex exposure. See a doctor then follow his or her advice. Best wishes for a happy, romantic marriage.
Thank u soo much sir. I have done the all stds test at 15 weeks. I try to beliebe my tests but symptoms make me tensed. Can u advise what shud i do to get rid of these symptoms and which specialist i need to visit. Or any other test u can suggest. Once again thank u soo much.
Welcome to the forum.
I'm pretty sure I can accurately answer your concerns after reading only the title of your question. With negative results on "hiv elisa after 9,12,18, 25 weeks" since the last possible exposure, you can be 100% confident you don't have HIV. The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate diagnostic tests that exist, for any medical condition. The results always overrule all other factors, such as exposure history and symptoms. No matter how high risk the exposure might have been at the time, and no matter how typical your symptoms may seem to be for HIV infection, the test results rule: you don't have it.
Now I have read the question itself. None of the additional details change anything from the comments above. All your testing after PCR and the 7 week ELISA was unnecessary. Further, HIV doesn't typically cause any of the symptoms you describe.
To your specific questions:
1,2) )Your negative HIV test results are conclusive; you have been overtested already and should not have any more tests.
3) In general, when people see a doctor they should openly discuss all their health concerns, and for that reason you should tell him or her about your sexual exposure. Certainly do so if you have not yet been tested for other STDs -- urine tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia, and a blood test for syphilis. These also would not cause your symptoms, however, and if you have already had these tests, you need not say anything about the sexual exposure.
From an HIV standpoint, you can safely have normal sexual relations when you marry.
Best wishes-- HHH, MD
