hiv risk from hand job

Dear Dr, i need your advice to understand my risk level as i received a hand job in a bar. as it all started with my pants on,  there was abrasion due to part of my penis rubbing against my belt and also i could feel her finger nails dig into my penis.
i looked carefully, there was no bleeding but a burning sensation and reddish skin for about a week.
i am really worried if i am at hiv risk? would i be at risk if she had a cut on her hand? i got a test done- negative at 3 week.
please advice. very worried.
jj

No risk.  this is the same answer we have given several times a week since this Forum has begun and it is still the case.  this is the case if you had an abrasion or a rash on your penis or if she had a cut on her hand.  No one has ever gotten HIV this way and you will not be the first.  There is no need for you to worry or to be tested.  EWH
