yes doctor rely thank you rest my mind now 1 in 10000 and a negative test i belive that i should give an end, i just needed an answer by an experienced doctor like you because as i said before i dont think that i can trust the doctors in my country because of the very rare cases that they have seen, now that i can hear that i don't have to worry by you am much more better if it continues i believe that i have to see a doctor for psychological support maybe i have panic attacks .

Wish health to you and yours.
Welcome to the HIV forum. I'll try to help, but I will also point out that you could have easily found the answers without spending the posting fee, if you had heeded the advice in the important Disclaimer message.
The near-zero risk for HIV from receving oral sex has been discussed innumerable times on this forum. One estimate (from CDC, the US national public health agency) is 1 chance in 10,000, if the oral partner is infected; some experts believe there is no risk at all. Therefore, in view of the rarity of HIV in your country, there is no signficant chance you caught HIV. You do not need HIV testing at all after such an exposure -- except for the psychological support from a negative test result.
In other words, I agree with your doctor's advice about the risk and testing. If he believes your insistence indicates a mental health problem, you should heed his advice about it.
