i need help

Hello how are you me not so good well this is my story i had sex with a sex worker vaginal an oral about 5weeks ago with a condom but i dont know  if it broke i have some questions i would like to ask i have gotten a hiv test at the 4week mark with a oraquick rapid test an it was negative but this is my concern while i was having vaginal sex i ejaculated in the condom an keep having sex with her for about a minute or so more with my cum in the condom. Now week4 i had got a rash on my legs that was really itchy but had no fever or nothing like that an then i started freaking out i started poking at my underarms to feel for nodes for 2 days an then 3rd day my underarm started to hurt an it still dose a bit an plus i keep touching it once in a while that has been bothering me for about 2weeks but i felt no lumps as for the rash its goin away an still itchy but im still scared an i dont know what to do i am goin to take another test at 6weeks just to see if any thing changes but i hope to god nothing dose but as for my question

#1 with the cum in the condom an me still having sex with the sex worker for about a minute more will that make my penis feel more wet an slippery because of the cum in the condom? Or do you think the condom broke? i spoke to the worker about 3times after this all happen an every time she told me the condom didnt break an i have nothing to worry about she said i would be the one one to worry

#2 Dose the rash have any thing to do with HIV after 4weeks (please say no) but i would like the truth please

#3 The pain under my armpit could i have caused that by poking an playing and trying to find something that is not there or is it something to do with HIV

#4 the 4week oraquick negative test is that a good answer for what my 6th an 12th week HIV test will read?

#5 Final last question can i go back to having sex with my wife with out a condom an no worries cause i have not wanted to have sex since this whole thing happen ?

Welcome to our forum and thanks for your question.  I'm happy to confirm the reassuring replies you already had on the community forum.  It is very unlikely your partner had HIV, which typically is present in less than 1 in 1,000 of even those at highest risk.  And oral sex is safe even without a condom, and even if the woman has HIV.  To your specific questions:

1) You cannot miss a broken condom; typically it splits wide open and your penis is obviously uncovered.  With semen remaining in the condom after sex, you can be sure it remained intact.

2,3) Neither your rash nor pain in your armpit suggest HIV infection or any STD.  These symptoms have nothing to do with the sexual exposure a few weeks ago.

4) The oral fluids HIV test is not 100% reliable at 4 weeks -- probably around 80-90%.  However, I am positive you do not have HIV; you can expect that any additional tests you have will also be negative.  But you need not wait 12 weeks for final testing.  If you look for a clinic that does the duo or "4th generation" HIV test, it gives definitive results any time more than 4 weeks after exposure.  Or have a standard antibody test (not the oral fluids test) at 6-8 weeks.  For detailed discussions of the time to reliable testing, see the threads linked below:

5) You can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife without worry.  (It was never necessary to stop doing so.)

I hope this has helped ease your fears.  Best wishes and stay safe--

If you read my replies above, as well as the threads I linked in my original reply, the answer to this question is obvious:  your 9 week result is definitive and proves that your current symptoms are not due to HIV.  It sounds like you caught a cold, nothing more.  You don't need any more HIV testing.

That will end this thread.  You can believe the test results.  Best wishes--

The answer is obvious from my replies above.  As already implied, you can expect any future HIV test results to remain negative.

HIV doesn't cause a rash with pimples.

I won't have any further comments excpet if and when you return one last time to post your follow-up HIV test result.

The sex worker's concern certainly was understandable.  Although you know you are not at risk for STDs, she couldn't know that -- and in general, sex workers are at greater risk of infection from their clients than the other way around.

A rapid blood test will be 100% reliable at 6 weeks, but not an oral fluids test, which often takes longer (up to 3 months).

Thanks for your kind comments.  Take care.

Thank you alot for your comments I'm just a worried person an the thing with me not knowing if the condom broke an y I ask that is because she took it off but like I said before she said it didn't break an I wash just thinking for all these days why didn't I check but she also said if it broke she would be the one that is worried so that kinda made me feel a little better so take a rapid blood test at the 6 week mark an that will give me my answer or after the 8th week rapid blood test ? But thank you again for your wisdom an helping me out threw my fears thank you
