menstrual period on penis (chance of Transmission)

Dear Doctor ,
Last night i had sex with Unknown girl status , she gave me blow job without condom after sometime i had protected Fully sex with her ... after that again gave me blow job and i wore another condom and started the relation .. after 1 min i notice a blood on condom immediately i get my penis out and i brought tissue to take of the condom and might i take it out quickly and in unpropre way .. i noticed that there are a bit blood on the base and middle of my penis an  ...
I asked her about the blood she doesn't know and might the first day of menstrual period.
If i consider that she has HIV  My questions is :

- What is the chance to get the HIV from the above incident ?
- need HIV test ?
- the menstrual period has virus more than vagina fluid and how much time live?

The exposure you describe did not put you at risk for HIV. Most women do not have HIV and you used a condom for your sex.  That some menstrual blood may have gotten on your penis or elsewhere does not change that.  Surface contact with infected fluids without penetration does not lead to infection.  That is the reason mutual masturbation, in which it is normal for partners to get each other’s genital secretions on one another, does not pose a risk.

Similarly there is no known risk for HIV from receiving oral sex.  There are no known cases in which HIV has been acquired by a person receiving oral sex from an infected partner.  

Finally genital secretions actually tend to have more HIV present in them than blood.  

The events you describe were no risk events.  I would not worry and see no medical reason for testing.  EWH

Excuse me Mr Teak , but i asked Doctors for question and it is my right because i need their suggestions and help .

and i paid for that .
