nightmare every night

hello DR.HHH,sorry my english not so good, here are my story and questions:
1. what if a person infected bite some food like crackers, chocolate to a baby eat and the food contains some selivia.
-would the baby at risk because baby are much more sensitive?
-what if with mouth ulser?
.2.  i saw my brother baby(we live together).develop rash on her both hand,(no fever or flu)it's shocked me and i remember i always bite foods to small pieces to her eat.her rash most only on her both hand.i checked her body ok the baby seem active, eat well, sleep well, drink well and everything look good.
-Dr,please click my nick name and check the baby rash photos from my profile.
-have u see the photos?does it look like ars RASH?
-what do u think about the rash, mostly on her hand and some on chest, other than that i can't see.
3. i had exposure back in jan 28th,2  weeks form the exposure i caught flu and fever,it lasted 1half day after taking antibiotic from clinic.i went to tested at 8 weeks ag and ab combo test elisa(dont know what generation)it not-detected.
at 10 weeks i caught flu and fever again(temp 38.5c).again it lasted 1half or 2 days after taking antibiotic from clinic.i went to test at 11 weeks(few days ago)it's non-reactive again.
- could ars last 1 or 2 days after taking tablet medicines from clinic?
-does it sound like ars?
-for you DR,do u think 8 and11 weeks result good enough?
4. i see your post say,In general, HIV symptoms develop as antibody levels are rising.  Most people with HIV related symptoms will have positive tests, especially if the symptoms have been present for mroe than 1-2 week.
-if the symptons developed, how long should wait to test?
- my second sympton came at 10 week and i tested at 11 weeks,it was standard elisa hiv1/2 tested.doesn't matter with the generation?
thank and sorry for my long questions DR,but i really living in nightmare everynight.

Dr. Handsfield and I share the forum.  You got me.  FYI, the reason we share the forum is because we have worked together for nearly 30 years and while our verbiage styles vary, we have never disagreed on management strategies or advice to clients.

Your questions is long but the answer is short. You have a negative HIV test at 11 (as well as 8 weeks) weeks.  Each of these results is definitive evidence that you did not get HIV from your exposure of concern, taken together there is no way that you could have HIV.

With the information that you got from your tests, the symptoms you describe are irrelevant.  Believe the tests, ignore the symptoms. It is far more likely that this was just the flu or other viral illness on each occasion that you mention.  (Sorry, we do not look at pictures sent to us by clients.  There is never enough information to make an accurate comment).

Your concerns about the baby are immaterial since you do not have HIV but, even if you did, you could not transmit HIV in the manner you suggest.

To summarize, you do not have HIV and have nothing to worry about.  Please, no  follow-up "but what if..." questions, they will be deleted without comment.  I hope these comments help.  EWH
