Since you're nervous, have an HIV test; enough time has passed to be certain the negative result is reliable. This does not mean I believe you might have HIV; I do not. It's just that most people with the anxieties you have need to have a negative test result to help them come to understand they don't have HIV.
Why do I feel so strongly you don't have it? You had a very low risk event, since few women in the US or other industrialized countries (including pick-ups in bars) have HIV. If she had it, the average risk of transmission for unprotected vaginal sex (female to male) has been estimated by CDC at one in 2,000. HIV doesn't cause the sort of skin rashes you describe, either in yourself or your more recent partner. (Neither does any STD. However, based on your lifestyle -- apparent frequent unprotected sex with partners you don't know well -- you should be tested for common STDs, like gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. The chance you have HIV is virtually zero, but it wouldn't be at all surprising to find another common STD.
I have no idea what is causing the skin rashes, but definitely not HIV or other STD. Show the rash to the provider you see for HIV testing. Your local health department STD clinic would be excellent one-stop shopping for the rash and for STD and HIV testing.
Last word: I suggest you reconsider your sexual lifestyle. At least start to use condoms regularly. It's pretty dumb not to.
