I presume that the cipro is being given for a urinary tract infection, not for depression or a side effect of your depression medications.  EWH

The oral tests are very reliable, jsut as reliable as tests sent to the laboratory.
Using a condom will prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU.  EWH

Acquiring a genital wart does not mean that you were at risk for HIV.  Condoms protect against HIV but only reduce the risk  of genital warts since they can be transmitted to unprotected skin.

It is not clear how long after your last encounter your rapid test was.  If it was more than eight weeks following your last encounter, you can be sure you do not have HIV.  If it was between 4 and 8 weeks , you still are very, very unlikely to have HIV.  If it was sooner, given the nature of your encounter it is still very, very unlikely that you have HIV but the test doesn't add much to the simple probabilities.

As for your armpit pain--find another reason.  This is not HIV.  Burning on urination should be evaluated using a test for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU but is not due to HIV.

Summary- your risk for HIV is vanishingly low.  You do need to have your burning evaluated.  EWH
