transmission possibility

I shared a snack with a friend who is HIV +ve. He tore the slightly warm snack in half by his bare hand and gave it to me. Absent mindedly i just ate it. I had a one day old sore on my inner cheek which was red to look & may be was sightly bleeding. No idea if he had any fluids on his hands
Is there any way I could have got infected . I am damn worried. PLs help

Thanks doctor  for your reply...What if he had some blood or other body fluids on his hand.. I mean is there any theoretical possibility even.. Should things of such type be avoided in future?

In adults HIV is spread by sex and by injection of the virus into the blood stream. It is not and has never been spread by kissing, touching, drinking from the same glasses, etc.  The presence of cold sores or other problems of that sort does not change that.  Your risk is zero. No one has EVER gotten HIV in the manner you describe and you are not going to be the first.  You do not need to worry and do not need testing.  EWH
