You don't mention your sex.  I assume female, based on your username.  I mention my uncertainty because bladder infections are rare in younger men, but are common in women and often triggered by sex.  (Not an STD, but due to bacterial being "massaged" into the urethra during sex.)  I'm also confused by your doc giving you fluconazole, which is a treatment for vaginal yeast infection but not for bladder infection.

But to the more important point:  Your negative HIV test 2 months after exposure is solid proof you didn't catch HIV during your sexual exposure 10 weeks ago.  I'm not familiar with that particular test, but all modern HIV tests are equally reliable.  Tongue spots are not an HIV symptom and neither is a skin rash limited to the chest.

Bottom line:  You don't have HIV.  I can't say much about whether you have (or had) a yeast or bladder infection.  But of course follow up with your health care provider if you remain concerned.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

The additional information doesn't change my opinion or advice.  Your discharge could have been due to a yeast infection, and yes, fluconazole can cause diarrhea as a side effect.  I'm still certain you don't have HIV.
