worried

Dear Doctor
I went trough the website and saw many similar questions anyway I'd like to have my question answered directly if possible. Basically I've been very stressed lately and decided to take a massage, instead of doing to a walk in massage place I have decided while in UK to go and see a Asian Masseuse trough an escort agency.
Once I got there i told the lady immediately that I wasn't looking for sex but just a massage and maybe me masturbating in front of her.
After the massage I have started to frottage the lady, I kept my trousers and my underwear on while she was wearing her panties (quiet thin) during the frottage, she also sat on my genitals alwasy doing frottage always keeping trouser, pants and her panties on. I then decided stupidily to touch her panties did not put my fingers under her panties. Few minutes later I have masturbated myself with the same hand I have touched the lady vagina (with panies on).
The lady tried to masturbated my self with her breast but I managed to keep the panties on only for few seconds my penis uncovered touched her breast.
I have since been stressed as married and with a child they do not deserve to be punished.
!.I'm worried if the lady (she told me to be clean, also the agency told me they have HIV test regurarly) was HIV+ and if I got in contact with vaginal secretions or menstrual blood trough her panties and then masturbated my self, or if she spread some of her secretions or blood on her breast when I touched her brefly with my penis.
2. Is the frottage even as I did it with panties on at risk, can secretions or blood can gro trough them and into the urethra?
I'm very very worried. 3.Do you think I should get tested? 4. Do I need to stop having sex with my wife or can I resume a normal life, nothing done something so stupid in my life.
thank you very much indeed

My statement pertains to both your own masturbation and masturbation by another partner.  No form of masturbation has EVER been associated with risk for HIV transmission- NEVER!!  EWH

In the absence of clearly visible lesions on a partner's hand's there is NO risk for any STD related to the exposures described above.

There will be no further answers to anyone with any nickname as part of this thread.  EWH

I'm really really sorry Doctor Hook if I write this question to you under a different nickname I bag you to forgive me. I really need to ask you one more question however as by mistake I created 2 nickname in the last weeks (genuinely forgot the previous one password email address etc) I have correctly been banned. I would just to make sure that the answer you have given me also apply to any STD as my testicles and penis are itchy in the last week or so. Any risk to pass anything to my wife? Maybe is only anxiety, I really want to move on. I won’t send you any other questions for this reason I’d like to say thank you to you for the great help you provide and I wish you a very pleasant summer. T.L.

Dear Dr. Just a clarification as you can see english is not my native language, when you say receipt of Masturbation it means both Masturbating my self or being Masturbated? In my case I have masturbated my self so worried about maybe ladys secretions or blood going trough urethra. Sorry it was just to clarify and making sure I clear my mind once and for all. Thank you for this new post again. I don't like wasting people's time. Regards

Welcome to our Forum. You are correct, this question has been answered again and again and the answer you are going to receive is the same as we have provided to others.  There is absolutely no risk of HIV to you for any of the activities that you describe.  My response included frottage, receipt of masturbation, touching her body, breasts and contact between your penis and her breasts.  This is also true if in the course of the activities you describe some of her genital secretions got on you.

As your masseuse pointed out to you, it is quite unlikely that she had HIV or any other STD and even if she did, as stated above, all of your contacts were NO risk for HIV or STD acquisition.

You do not need testing and have no reason for concern.  I hope that this comment will help to provide you with peace of mind over the events you describe. They did not put you at risk for infection and therefore do not put your wife and child at risk either.

Take care.  EWH
