I did not mean to criticize your English.  I thought you were a native speaker but poorly educated.   Sorry.

Your symptoms don't particularly suggest HIV, and even if you directly touched your partner's vaginal secretions, the risk of transmission was low; and you don't know that the sex workers have HIV.  White spots on the tongue might be normal taste buds that you are noticing because you are anxious.  If there are actual open sores in the mouth or on the lips, it could be herpes. But other viruses--most of them not serious--can cause similar symptoms.  Antibiotics could trigger an oral infection with yeast, which is another possibility.

The way to know about HIV is to be tested for it.  A test now will be highly reliable.  If negative, it will be very reassuring, although to be 100% certain you will need another test at least 6-8 weeks (or up to 3 months) after the last possible exposure.  See your doctor for both examination and testing.

I'm so sorry for my english I meant that the condom never got out off my penis , but i saw a lot of vaginal secretion at the base of my penis, i just want to know what about the sore throat has been there for two weeks now also the white pimps in my tongue which is about this size ( @ ), but you did not answer is there any chance that i got infected touching vaginal secretions from a hiv person with my hand and then minutes later after finishing and taking out my condom touch my penis.the gonorrhe diagnosis was by examination only no lab test , last question antibiotics can cause tongue , throat or lips sores ? thank you so much for your time .

Well, I'm certainly happy for you that you didn't notice any "splitting" of your penis. Sounds painful!  (What does that mean??)

It would be helpful to know whether the doctor diagnosed gonorrhea by just examining you or by lab testing.  Diagnosis without a lab test often is wrong.  But you were given the right treatment; the shot undoubtedly was ceftriaxone (Rocephin).  Doxycycline is added because many people with gonorrhea also have chlamydia, so you were treated effectively for both of those STDs.  That treatment also would have cured or prevented syphilis, if you were exposed.

The rest of the symptoms you describe in the follow-up comments (below) do not suggest any STD.  My bet is that the diagnosis of epididymitis was not right; that condition usually causes really severe pain and swelling in a single testicle, not vague pain in the area.  Most of what you describe sounds like allergy or a garden variety respiratory virus, like a cold.  And some of what you describe sounds like nothing more than the physical signs of anxiety.  Certainly loss of appetite and reduced sexual desire are not STD symptoms and could have an emotional origin.

Bottom line:  Whatever is going on now is not an STD and is not due to something you caught during the sexual exposures a few weeks ago.  Follow up with your own doctor or health care provider.  Going to ERs isn't the best way;  find a personal health care provider.  In the meantime, none of this sounds particularly serious.  But check it out to be safe.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
