Thanks for the response Doctor.
I am planning to take a test in 4 weeks from the incident just to confirm.
Welcome back to the forum.
These exposures carried no risk for HIV, which is never transmitted sexually except by unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse, not by fingering, kissing, hand-genital contact. Oral sex also carries little or no risk, even without a condom. Without a bare penis (no condom) inside another person's vagina or rectum, you will never catch HIV.
Your description of "something" that was "piercing" (maybe you mean sharp feeling?) in your partner's vagina suggests she has an intrauterine device (IUD) for contraception; I suspect you were feeling the IUD's plastic string.
To your specific questions:
1,4) There was no risk for HIV from these events, even if one or more of your partners had HIV -- and it is unlikely they did.
2) You don't need testing after these sorts of exposures.
3) No, ARS symptoms cannot start sooner than 8-10 days after exposure. And your symptoms don't sound like ARS anyway. ARS doesn't cause runny or stuffy nose. You caught a cold, that's all.
5) These symptoms also are not suggestive of any other STD, and with only fingering and condom-protected oral sex, you aren't at risk for STDs.
So no worries, all is well. I hope this information is helpful for you.
Best wishes-- HHH, MD
