Undetectable HIV taking meds

i'm man hiv + my viral load is undectecable been taking regulary meds we had unsafesex with a man, we had anal i sex the other man is hiv -, i was reciving  i didn't loose any blood ,how easy is it  that  he got infected?

why would you even consider that?  just because your viral load is undetectable does NOT mean that you are not infectious.

An HIV + person CANNOT "reinfect" themselves. Another HIV+ person can "Superinfect" them. This is based on many factors such as strain/type of virus, resistance, mutations etc. HIV+ couples should always use condoms during sex.

P.S. Unless of course they are in a monogamous relationship where it is confirmed through genotype and other testing , that one was infected by the other. When on HAART, there is the potential for mutations which may cause superinfection.
