About Multivitamin´s

First, thanks a lot for any help I can receive from you.  Second, I ask apologies for my english... this is not my language.  Finally, the question: I knew I was HIV+ two years ago when I was diagnosed with Pneumocystis Carinii (in that moment I had 25 CD4s).  I have 1.5 years with antiretroviral drugs and I have now 150 CD4s. My question is the next: besides my treatment i am taking a multivitamin (Centrum... 1 capsule per day). But I still not see a great improvement in my health... so can I double the dosis (2 capsule per day) without this cause me any problem? Or there is any medication I can take to get better faster I am doing now.
Thanks in advance.

The Dr that treats my HIV highly reccomends a daily multi-vitamin.

Your best bet would be when you have your blood drawn have your doctor check for any vitamin deficiencies. It may be that you don't have any deficiencies at all and you are wasting your money on vitamins. Don’t forget to have your vitamin D levels checked also.
