Do I Have herpes?

I am hiv+ and my last T-cell count was 244. I recently changed partners and i noticed some pain that felt like cuts. one at the root of some pubic hairs. The other on the shaft which healed like a wound and then left a discoloration. I have also noticed other discolorations forming elsewhere but no pain. Do I have herpes? my doctor called saying my T-cells have dropped to 191 but my % was 15 so she thinks i am still undetectable. Could i have another infection?
