ive found out im Hiv positive, and a white blood cell count of 180 is this something to worry about???

yes. Please see your doctor immediately. most of us have a dip in our white blood cell counts when we become positive. But below 200 is considered AIDS territory. You should be seeing an HIV specialist already. Please see some doctor right away!
