HIV also Senior Health

I'm with AHF, my medical provider. I've been HIV+ since 2002 and receive Social Security Disability. $90.00 is taken to cover Medicare. AHF has in past arranged ADAP to cover my Meds. This year I'm required to apply w/Medical. Since I forgot and was hospitalized, I now must apply or pay. Atripula is expensive. This is urgent as I've been without since Monday Oct. 29th. Please suggest the easiest way to deal with AHF & MediCal
