HIV and Blastocystis Hominis

HIV and Blastocystis Hominis

Is there a relathionship between this disease and HIV? Is BH an early/advanced symptom of HIV? How about gastro-intestinal parasites in general? Although, I've read an article about a possible link, between the two, the research results are very new and might not be conclusive....
Does any of you, positive people, experienced this? If yes, how long after the HIV contraction, you had the symptoms?
Thank you for your time to read my question.

Thank you. There's a research site that claims that BH is found in more than 50% of people with HIV. the symptoms (bad watery diarheea, bloating, bad smelling stool) appear because the organism itself can not fight the parasite. If this is true, could BH symptoms, be a symptom of HIV?
Thank you again
