hi, all can anyone tell me what is the best way to live positively? I went to do a TEST and i'm HIV POSITIVE, what is the best way to live positively? My CD4 count is ok, and im not sick etc, CAN I LIVE A NORMAL LIFE? WHAT TO EAT, DRINK, (OK SEX WITH CONDOMS THAT I KNOW) IF I GO TO GYM WILL THIS IMPROVE MY HEALTH? ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELLCOME...thank a mill in advance guys!
