Piercings, Oral Sex, and HIV

I am HIV positive an currently have an undetectable viral load. I just got a vertical hood (clitoris) piercing yesterday and now may be having some regrets. Once the piercing is completly healed, does it still have a greater risk of exposing my partner to the virus because there is now an opening in that area? Would the piercing be considered an open wound to the blood stream? We always use condoms but oral sex is completely different. I am willing to take the piercing out today if oral sex will be out of the question from now on. Please advise. Thanks.

If it is completely healed it is unlikely there is much of a risk.
