Please help

we both are hiv positive. i have 1 kid. can we sex unprotected or i can use condom and how much our life both are 37 she is taken art medcine and i am not taken art medicine. pls advice. my kid is 1 month and i don't know he is hiv positive i test after 1 month during pregnancy we help the doctors please advice

they told doctor give 18 months syrup 2 times a day 2.5 ml name of syrup is septran(PEADIATRIC SUSPENSION)(co-trimoxazole oral suspension IP NOW my kid is now 5.5 months and i can hiv test in 3 months the test will be nagetive
